Full Terms & Policies

1. Service: ReturnRunner provides doorstep pickup and drop-off of return-eligible items to Amazon (Whole Foods Mt. Washington), Walmart, Target, and UPS (Smith Ave Post Office) in the Pikesville, MD area. We do not issue refunds. Refunds come directly from the retailer. UPS drops require pre-labeled, pre-packaged items only. No QR scanning is supported for UPS returns.

2. Payment: Payment via Zelle to info.itqix@gmail.com is due before pickup. No payment, no pickup. One-time pickup: $10 for up to 5 items, +$3.50 per additional item above 5. Monthly: $29/mo for 15 items (unlimited pickups). +$2/each for items 16-40, +$3.50/each for items 40+. Each location requires its own subscription. Stripe card payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) coming soon.

3. Pickup Schedule: Pickups happen Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. No pickups Thursday through Sunday. Messages received after 6:00 PM will be picked up the next pickup day.

4. Return Drop-off: Returns are processed Thursday and Friday. We aim to complete all drop-offs by end of business Friday. Earlier drop-offs may occur but are not guaranteed. Amazon returns are dropped at Whole Foods Market Mt. Washington only. Customer must select this option when scheduling. UPS drop-offs require pre-labeled, pre-packaged packages.

5. Item Condition: Customer is responsible for ensuring items are in returnable condition. If a return is rejected at the drop-off location, the item will be returned to the customer's address and pickup fees still apply.

6. No Guarantee of Refund: We do not guarantee that the retailer will accept the return or issue a refund. Acceptance is determined solely by the retailer's return policy.

7. Weight & Size: Items over 15 lbs or with unusual dimensions are subject to additional fees. We do not deny service for oversized items but may charge more.

7a. Additional Item Pricing: The $2 per additional item rate applies to items 16-40. Items above 40 are charged at $3.50 each. We reserve the right to limit monthly returns to 50 items per customer per location.

8. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.

9. Liability: Service is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Not responsible for items damaged, missing parts, or refused by the retailer.

10. Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older to use this service.

11. Indemnification: Customer agrees to hold ReturnRunner and Yitz Smilowitz harmless from any claims arising from use of the service.

12. Auto-Upgrade: If one-time spending exceeds $29 in a month, customer is automatically upgraded to the $29/month plan (15 items included, +$2/item for 16-40, +$3.50/item above 40).

13. Changes: Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
